Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using Lottery 7 at lottery7win.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally permitted to participate in lottery-related activities under the laws applicable in your state or territory within India, and have read and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. Lottery participation is regulated at the state level in India; residents of states where lotteries are prohibited must not use the Site. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use immediately.
Permitted use
You may access the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce or scrape data from the Site without prior written consent, introduce malware or disruptive code, circumvent any security or access control, impersonate any person, or deploy bots or automated scripts that place an unreasonable load on our servers. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of your access and, where warranted, referral to the appropriate Indian law-enforcement authorities.
Account responsibilities
Where the Site requires you to create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access. Lottery 7 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised transactions processed via linked payment methods such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM UPI.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Lottery 7 or its licensed content providers, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other applicable intellectual property laws. The Lottery 7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Lottery 7. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, service mark, or trade name displayed on the Site.
Limited licence to users
Lottery 7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download or cache content beyond ordinary browser caching, create derivative works, resell or commercially exploit any content, or remove proprietary notices embedded in materials. Any use of Site content beyond this limited licence requires our express prior written permission.
Infringement claims
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient detail, including identification of the work, its location on the Site, and your contact information, to allow us to investigate and respond promptly in accordance with applicable Indian law.
Limitation of liability
No warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lottery 7 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Lottery results, prize information, and related data displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only; always verify results through official state lottery authorities such as the Kerala State Lotteries or Nagaland State Lotteries.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Lottery 7 and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Lottery 7 in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
